T-5074N water-based release agent

Brief introduction    

   This product is a special modified siloxane and silicone resin mixed emulsion 
formed. Mainly used in polyammonia：Ester shoes,  Self-skinning foam, Rigid 
polyurethane foam, Compound material and other polyurethane products 
demoulding.

Application process

    The product features: dry, slow dirty mold, emulsion stability, high dilution 
multiple, strong compounding, a wide range of applications. 

    This product is mainly used as an efficient release agent for polyurethane and 
rubber products. It is recommended to add water to dilute 5-15 times. When 
used on the sole of the shoe, the dilution multiple is about 10-15 times, and when 
used for the demoulding of self-skinning foam products, it is recommended that the 
dilution multiple is 10 times, which can achieve the effect of dry and bright light. 

Package

Packing specifications are 30Kg/ barrels or 200Kg/ barrels 

Storage and storage period

Stored in the original unopened package at 2——30 ℃, the standard validity 
period of the product is 10 months from the date of production. Please refer to the 
storage recommendations and effective dates on the package.
