Application process

    The low viscosity of this product means that it can be used directly or diluted with water. When diluted, add water to the emulsion under stirring.

    This product is mainly used as polyurethane release agent, it is recommended to
add water dilute 10-25 times after use. When used in the sole die blowing process,
the dilution multiple is about 20-25 times, and in the non-blowing process, the
dilution multiple is recommended to be 1: 3-5 times. When it is used for demoulding of self-crusting products, it is recommended that the dilution multiple is 10-15 times, which can achieve the effect of dry and semi-matte.

Packing specifications are 30Kg/ barrels or 200Kg/ barrels 

Storage and storage period

Stored in the original unopened package at 2——30 ℃, the standard validity 
period of the product is 10 months from the date of production. Please refer to the 
storage recommendations and effective dates on the package.
